The picture I sent had my dog in a bow tie. I expected the picture to truly reflect what I paid for. Also, the shipping was terrible.

I received two products from West & Willow made from the same reference photos. Both were completely different from one another. While I understand that all products are custom made, these were two completely different products. One product is an exact replica of my dogs and looked beautiful, the other was completely inaccurate and showed no detailed in their portraits. Secondly, one of the two products was already broken when I received it. The top frame was broken in half and there was a crack at the top right hand corner. Although the one portrait was beautiful, I had to switch the photo from one frame into the other, which was quite hastily considering the cheap quality of the frames and the fact that you are unable to switch them without the staples breaking in half. When I ordered, I expected a real frame, real glass, etc. For the amount of money for these products, I expected much better quality and services.

The ”artwork” is overpriced and not representative of the products I saw online. It also arrived slightly wrinkled. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Usually, I’m not a complainer graphics on this is terrible. You can barely see the image of the dog. The frame is coming apart.
