I received my first portrait and one of the dogs names were spelled incorrectly. I was assured by customer service that it would be corrected. Yesterday I received my “corrected” portrait and it was the same wrong portrait for a second time. Highly disappointed and will never order from here again.

Received order was broken into pieces and artwork didn’t reflect the image I sent of my dog. Submitted images of the damaged delivery and more images of the dog to show that the image they drew didn’t reflect its likeness. Was told someone would resend new artwork within 3-5 days and it’s been over 7. Very disappointing and frustrated. Also very expensive for the lack of quality.

The picture came out cute but the frame in the right hand corner was broken and in between the glass of the frame and the picture there were cardboard particles- kinda disappointed considering the cost:(

7 weeks in and still have not received the product. After my order was finally shipped it had never left their facility to make it to UPS. After multiple attempts with via email I could not get an answer to where my package was. I disputed the charge with my CC company and finally heard from a supervisor who apologized and said they would make it right. So I dropped the dispute and haven't heard from them again. Attempted to contact because I still have no product, no refund and no resolution. Disputing the charge again and sent my CC company proof of the 10+ emails I sent them. Worst shopping experience ever.

WORST customer service ever. Ordered 23/11/20 well before their “holiday deadline”. The tracking information wasn’t updated after 12th December and when I emailed to ask about where my order was I received a generic email giving me my tracking number even though I already explained about the tracking situation hence my email. I then received no further response and had to email again. I got a reply saying it would hopefully be there within 7 days....fair enough. Also offered 15% off my next order why would I order again and go through this again! Said this wasn’t acceptable and would prefer compensation told I can’t get a refund but I can get a replacement??? I don’t need 2 of the same product?! Payed £60 in total and everything was a total sham. The portrait itself isn’t worth the money either. Noticed they hide all of the bad comments on fb and don’t have reviews on there.....funny that. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

What a poor customer service experience. Got my framer after 3 weeks and I’m not satisfied with it at all. So disappointed. Can’t believe that I paid almost $100 for that.

The picture I received made my dog look like an entirely different breed and made him appear like he had white fur all over his head from the contract when he’s entire black. This does not look like my dog at all.

Extremely disappointed in the product. The size and quality is not worth the money. I wouldn’t pay 20$ for what I got. Unfortunately I paid 75$.
