I sat on this for a few weeks now to ensure emotion wasn't fueling the whole thing but I don't recommend this service at all. Actually getting the item was a relative nightmare; it wasn't shipped in the timeframe promised, getting updates about my specific order was impossible...however I held out hope that once I actually got my pet portrait, it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it was not. There is debris under the glass, two corners of the frame are seperating, and somehow they decide a VERY subtle light spot on my dog's lip was an extra tooth on the side of her mouth. This was a gift for my daughter and after the whole ordeal of actually getting the item, its not worth it to me to fight with them over my dissatisfaction (especially since my earlier experience with the shipping issue didn't instill any faith in their customer service) but I plan on getting 3 portraits more done for my other dogs for their little eating area and I certainly won't be using this company for those ones.

COMPLETE SCAM!! I ordered in November 2020 and they still have not sent me a tracking number or mailed out my two portraits of my dog. I have emailed them, facebooked and instagramed with no success. They finally emailed me back two weeks ago saying they would resend out my two photos and still no tracking number. I asked them to redo the one photo of my dog since it looked NOTHING LIKE HER. They they just fed me lies saying they would get someone to edit it and then no response and dead silence since this. WORST COMPANY and complete scam that just took my money and didnt even send me my portraits which is what i paid for!!

This Company is horrible. I have attempted contact with them since December 9th. There is no resolution and it’s January 18. My portrait came cracked on both the frame and glass, I emailed them within one hour of delivery asking for a resolution (12/9-12/12). I had to follow up on social media and via email for 3 days until I heard back with a generic response and no resolution. I have since followed up repeatedly and I hear from bots on their Instagram account that I’d have a resolution in a few hours. Now, 24 hours later, there is no resolution and they have restricted all of my comments on their Instagram, as to not have the negative publicity. PLEASE REVIEW THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BEFORE PURCHASING HERE! They have an F rating! My credit card company is now involved in the dispute. Ps, after receiving my portrait, the second item in my order arrived. It was a phone case and there are random lines coming out of the dogs neck. Please do your due diligence before giving them your money. I wish I would have.

I ordered 3 portraits of my dogs 6 weeks ago and still not arrived, after reading all these reviews with other people having the same problem as me I’m truly disgusted. They have still not arrived and not had any response from emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Order: #135792

highly unsatisfied with the portrait I received of “my dogs”. I paid over $100 for a portrait of my 3 dogs and received only 1 dog, with the wrong name, and the wrong breed!! Wasn’t even ONE of my dogs. I’ve waited over a month to receive this order when it was supposed to be here by Christmas as a present!!! I request a refund. Order number #153206

I have emailed multiple times concerning the portrait I received that doesn't look ANYTHING like my dog. I get an automated email stating someone will email me what the next step of what to do and how they want to make it right with me. Still waiting for the email and making it right. I am very disappointed with this company. The sad thing is it was a gift to my daughter and she was like this is not my dog. I would not order from this company!!!

It took 6 long weeks for my order to arrive even though I paid extra for express front of the line service. Finally when my order arrived I was very excited to see it but to my extreme disappointment when I opened the poster it was not my picture but the insert reminder to remove this & replace with the custom portrait!

I was really excited for this but may never see the finished product because it was sent to the wrong address and the customer service was so slow it wasn’t corrected before being shipped. I won’t be ordering from here again or recommending to anyone as I have no way to get the picture. The solution offered was to have it rerouted or shipped to me once received at the incorrect address which is not possible.
