Received the wrong portrait in the mail. Has been two weeks and nothing from them but an e-mail saying they are going to reprocess my order. They take two to three days to respond to any e-mails. Also paid for the digital download and never received it, have asked for it twice to verify the new portrait is of my actual pets but no response. If anyone is missing a portrait of Knuckles & Dunkel, I have it, they’re cute, but not mine! There are a lot of pet portrait websites out there, use one of those.

I received the wrong artwork and have reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back. I was excited to give this to my husband for his birthday, but I can't even get someone to reach out to me via email or phone call to discuss how this can be rectified. It's terrible customer service.

Do not order from west and willow. I am still waiting on my order that I ordered on the 29th of November 2020. I want a refund. Customer services are rubbish they do not reply to emails.

Did not remove the collars and for some reason she has a green eye? Both eyes are blue.

I have previously purchased a lovely picture from west and willow, so I ordered a portrait for my son as a Christmas present. The order was dispatched on the 5.12.20 and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted West and Willow three times and continue to receive the same email asking me to check with UPS who have not yet received the order?? Very dissatisfied with the customer service and no attempt to help find out where the order is.

Customer service reps were super kind and understanding but the production of my phone case to be incorrect TWICE in a row is so wasteful and incompetent. I specifically had a conversation with a representative about waiting until a specific color came in stock and they confirmed this. When my case came, it was wrong. 2 weeks later when my new case came, it was also wrong. Let’s see if 3rd times the charm!

I am very disappointed. I order my brothers print and it still hasn’t came. They said they were cancelling the first order and they sent it anyway! With the wrong dogs name. They said they would correct it they did NOT. I want a refund for the whole amount this is completely unacceptable.

Would give no stars if I could. Placed and paid for an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed 5 times over the last month with no response from anyone who works here. Do not order from here. I see your reply and yes you sent an email asking for more photos that I have provided and still have no product.
