Slow response (if any) and quality of portrait less than satisfactory. Waste of money
Took ages for the staff to get back to me regarding the delivery and digital download of my purchase. Ended up waiting for about a month for the international delivery to Europe. The picture of my dog wasn't that great either and I dont think i'll actually be putting it up in my house. When asked whether any edits could be done to the picture, I got no reply either. The digital download was not super high resolution, so only limited size you could actually print it as. Basically its about $100 wasted... Definitely do not recommend these guys.
