Hello Terri, I am so sorry to hear that you had issues with the order. We can actually apply the free shiipping code retroactively, and can change the shipping address too. Hi James, We sincerely apologize that you are unhappy with the illustration. It looks like you requested to include the original background of the photo you submitted which we are unable to do. Our illustrations only include the head to chest view. We are showing an example of the Design during the order process.
