I would have loved a preliminary message or visual of the picture before it shipped. I love the painting though.

The picture of our dog was perfect and looks great. We have another portrait of our other dog that is also perfect. However, this one came in a frame that does not lay flat against the wall. For as much as we spent on this portrait, we would have really liked it to come with a nice frame that is not broken. EDIT: West and Willow shipped us a new item for free with a fixed frame! Great customer service, easy to fix, would order again!

I absolutely love it! What a fun way to capture the character of my animals! I have one of my dog and one of my cat. It shows their personality, their uniqueness, and their gosh darn cuteness! Thank you so much.

Very Cute! The writing is a little small, I wish there was an option for bigger text, but overall nice!

The image of my dog was great, it's fun, it was quickly done and is very professional looking. I did a puppy and adult shot of my dog so I do wish there was a little more customization available as I had to show his name twice.

The artwork was great and were very Happy with the way our fur babies look! The frames are slightly spaced at the miter joint, even brand new.
