I was really looking forward to receiving the portrait in the mail, but the picture I received doesn’t look like my dog at all except for the colors. I went back and looked at the photo I submitted to see if maybe it was an error on my part, but it doesn’t even look much like the photo. They changed the shape of his face and made him look like he’s very overweight when he is a slender dog. They also changed his expression so now it just looks like he’s sad. I’m very disappointed that I spent so much and it looks so bad I’m not even going to hang it up.

I received a picture that was supposed to be of my dog. It was a gift to me. You totally missed the mark. It was supposed to a picture of a West Highland White Terrier and you sent a picture of a brown dog. Don’t know if you mixed up orders or what. I would never use you.

I didn’t receive the digital copy I paid for and I specifically asked for them to enhance the colors of their eyes and they didn’t for one of my dogs. :( happy with the product but considering that was the only thing I asked for I am disappointed.

I was unsatisfied with the portrait that West and Willow sent me. I spoke with a customer representative who was very nice and said they would edit the photo and send a proof this time for me to approve of before shipping out replacement to me. I was quickly sent a proof to approve of but thought a few more details needed to be corrected before having them send the new photo to me. A week has gone by and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they seem to just be ignoring me at this point. This company does not honor their words and I’d be careful with ordering from them. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority. Also, another thing I didn’t like was that they said they don’t send proofs to customers for approval. I am spending $100+ On a portrait. The least they could do is let me see the portrait before mailing it out to me. If they did that in the first place, we wouldn’t have all of this back and forth to begin with.

I paid an extra $15 for my package to be here before Mother’s Day. Well it’s still not here and it’s Mother’s Day. Extremely ridiculous for the amount I paid.

I haven’t received any update about my order. I paid extra money to expedite my purchase, and nothing. I day after I post this, I appreciate my order being processed and being told that it has shipped out, however do we not get a moment to confirm that we like the piece? I ordered something similar from Pet & Canvas (they did an amazing job) and they give you a moment to make sure you are happy with the picture before they send it out ..still disappointed by this process 😕

Never received my order and have received no response to emails.

I never received my mug and when I emailed about it, no one did anything :/
