Paid for Rush / Expedited Father's Day Shipping. It's the evening before Father's Day and my order still hasn't shipped out yet. Very disappointing.

Disappointed
Looking at other reviews, the pet portraits as seen by others had great colors to them. I made clear instructions what color the pet's eyes were and color of fur, as mentioned in the instructions. I just received the portrait and the entire color of the pet is all grey. There is not distinct coloring and it is extremely dull looking. Also, there is a barcode showing on the bottom of the page within view of the above the edge of the frame which is extremely cheap and tacky looking. Not happy with overall result and would like to speak with someone about sending a new one. Thank you.

I would never use them again, I ordered this twice and no one wrote back or responded to my emails it was all automated like talking to a brick wall. And I never received a digital copy of my images either! Complete disappointment!

Delayed for weeks, despite me paying for expedited shipping. Sent me the wrong item twice. Customer service is very nice, which I suppose might justify the mandatory 1 star. I actually feel bad about the complaints they must have to hear, because the fulfillment function appears to be utterly incompetent. I still don't have a single one of the items I ordered weeks ago.

An absolute crap for the price. I could do a better job using Photoshop, print it out at OfficeDepot with a better quality paper. I would very much like refund.

Still have not received any status of order, has been almost a month and the order said it was “shipped” 3 weeks ago but no tracking info. Customer service is not responding to emails and there is no phone number to call.
