West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Just such a friendly and professional vibe from start to finish. You can tell that customer satisfaction is first and foremost for West & Willow!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I didn't receive. I ordered and sent a picture thinking all was well. After almost 3 weeks I decided to check on my order since I hadn't heard anything. I received a email back saying there was a problem with my picture...that it came through black. I'm just upset no one contacted me...it was me having to inquire...which is JUST WRONG...especially since I ordered early as I am on a time limit to send this as a gift...as a one year remembrance of the dog's passing.

Absolutely loved the portrait I ordered! I ordered this for my best friend who recently lost her childhood dog. He looks SO much like him! The art is beautiful and was shipped quickly. Will definitely order from West & Willow again!

Very happy with my pictures. I ordered two and both turned out great. Great memories of my pet.

What a great experience and we loved the end product! Looks just like our fur babies and we will have this for years to come!

I love it! It actually brought tears to my eyes. Every pet owner should order one!

Great picture, great experience

Arrived sooner than I thought! Literally tears of joy when I opened the finished product! 😍
