I wanted to return but your return label is in error and the helper keep telling me to check my email that was what she keep replying to me even I check my email it was still error and I couldn't open up the label of the print. I will send the package back tomorrow because I couldn't open up the return label do not make this on issue. I was trying to contact support team next day of package had been arrived.

This has been disappointing. I sent the images of my Shih Tzu and Sheep dog (part standard poodle as well). The portrait which is not cheap ($120) came with a broken frame. More confusing is that the Shih Tzu is facing away from the other dog and his head is larger (yes, the 12 pound dog’s head is larger than the 65 pound dog’s head). I wrote the company and sent photos of the concerns (dogs head is WAY too big and facing the wrong direction and the frame is broken). They sent the EXACT same image in a new frame. I now have a gift I cannot give. In addition, you must be aware there is NO PROOFING process and they are unwilling to correct any mistakes. They will not write back to me even though I’ve asked to talk about us.

This was the most painful process. I’ve waited over 2 months for my order, been given incorrect tracking information and told to deal with it myself, been offered ‘two replacements’ that never came, constant inaccurate details on production, shipping, customs etc and finally got a refund on an order that never came. I could not recommend this company any less, don’t waste your time or money

I placed an order and my card was ran and 5 days later apparently my order was cancelled without any notification. No refund to my card. No email, nothing.

It honestly looks nothing like him. This could be any dog. He’s a golden retriever and the color they picked for him was orange. Really disappointed as this was going to be a memorial gift for a family member that had to put their dog down. There’s no way I’m giving them something that doesn’t even look like their dog. I wish they would send you a preview of the artwork. Then at least I could have saved the cost of shipping.

The picture of my black lab did not have definition of the fur. Even his nose was fairly non descriptive. Looked like a black “blob”. I thought the photo I sent in was appropriate for the desired results. I have tried to reach out to customer service, but no reply on my request.

I was disappointed in the way it looked If they were unable to reproduce the bandana around her neck I should have been told. It’s a generic dog not my dog

You are TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered my pet portraits a MONTH AGO and haven’t heard one word. I have sent MANY EMAILS with zero response. Are you a scam?!!! Kathy Hastings
