I previously got one so this time I got one as a gift. I loved mine and hoped my sister would love hers. She didn't like the position of the dog. She thought it was too low.

I get the esthetic look of a small name and picture of animal, but I felt the name was WAY too smalI! I felt it could have been a bit larger. Overall, I didn’t feel it was worth the money I paid.

I absolutely love my pictures. They are exactly what I ordered. The first one came in the mail and it was bent. I filed a form with the company. Within 24 hours, I had a response that said they would replace the original picture. I got the second one in about two weeks. It is not exactly the same as what I ordered. The coloring is a little different. I still love it and appreciate the fast response from the company.

I have no idea if they are working on my product, when it will arrive, or how it will look. I wanted to modify the size to make it larger. After 30 minutes, they will not change your order, which seems absurd. So, my experience hasn't been great; I hope the finished product is good because it is expensive. UPDATE: We finally received our portrait, and it did not look like our pet. They reached out and made a concerted effort to make the artwork look like him. They made several attempts until we were satisfied with it. I appreciate the time they put in, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend doing this BEFORE sending the product to save time, money, and frustration with the client.

I have to admit, a West & Willow ad on social media got me! Before I knew it, I had made yet another impulse purchase…but this one was absolutely worth it! The digital drawing of my dog was amazing - it looked EXACTLY like her! They were able to really capture her essence. My only (minor) complaints are that I wished it included more of her body instead of just the head and neck - there was a lot of “empty space.” The frame itself had a couple little dings and flaws but that’s being super picky. If you love your animal(s) it certainly is a beautiful way to showcase that.

I love the concept. The picture is cute. I was expecting something a bit different, but it might be the picture I chose. Overall it's cute, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. I would think it's worth about $35 for the 8x10. That being said, this is the first thing I have bought. It looks cute, packaged well, and I would consider doing it again, I would pick a better picture and shop around for a better price. The company seems okay to me. :)
