Lovely portrait but unfortunately the name was spelled wrong so I will have to return and try to get another before Christmas. Not sure how the name can be spelled wrong when it is directly typed into the form when ordering.

You asked for a review yet I have not received my print!!!! Maybe wait on the review reminder? Also, where’s my digital copy??

Hi Paul, We are so sorry for the confusion. The first review email was for the order process, you will get a different review email once you received your artwork. We sent you an email to get this sorted.

The art I received just looks blah, not a lot of detail. The body isn’t proportionate to the head (I realize the pic might not be perfect) something could’ve been adjusted to make it look a little better. This is the second picture I’ve received, the first one was so much better. Really wish there was a preview email of what you would receive first so you could decide if you really wanted to spend $100+ On a bad picture to be blown up and given to someone. Just looks rushed and not a lot of thought put into it.

I ordered a print of my Weimaraner. I sent in a very clear photo and received a picture of a long haired, red golden retriever. I need this replaced ASAP for a Christmas gift.

Was not happy with the way the photos were sent. Were just rolled up and shoved in a box. When I received the packaged, the photos were all bent up.

NEVER ordering anything from this company again. The illustration was the complete wrong color. Don’t waste your money on this and this terrible customer service.

When I tried to place an order, my payment information automatically entered and the order was submitted when I entered my email address for some reason. The payment method that was entered was not the one I wanted to use, though, so I tried to contact them to cancel the order so I could change the payment method. I have now sent three emails asking to do this (since there is no phone number to call for a more direct method of communication), and no response letting me know the order will be cancelled has been received. (I ordered on Wed, caught my error immediately and sent the first email. Second email was sent yesterday (Thursday), and third email sent this morning(Friday).) This is very frustrating as all I wanted to do was change a method of payment, but now I question whether I want to even place the order.

You mentioned "All accessories such as leash, collar, and harness, will be REMOVED from your portrait. Leave a note below only if you would like to KEEP an accessory in the final portrait." Well I never mentioned about keeping my dogs electric dog collar on, and you kept it on in the portrait. And of course there are no returns so I am stuck with it. Over priced and waste of money at this point.
