I have yet to even recieve shipping information for something ordered 2 weeks ago… the fine print said that I should expect shipping notification within 10 days TOPS. If this doesn’t come before Christmas I will have no gift for my mother. HIGHLY disappointed in this and will not recommend. This was way too expensive for there to be radio silence for two weeks

the picture looks nothing like my dog and the frame has two big gaps in it. I cannot give this as a gift.

Looks like a computer generated digital image. Not authentic. And the breed looks like a Border Collie when we have an Australian Shepherd. Frame is not quality at all. Way over priced for the product received. Very disappointed.

I received the wrong package. I sent a picture of my dog and I got someone's house. I emailed a week ago to correct the issue and no response yet.

I ordered 2 pet portraits. The first one arrived fine. The second arrived only partially completed. The body of the dog was not done. I sent 3 emails with a photo of the portrait and to date I have not heard back from West and Willow. I understand how mistakes can be made but I don't understand how customer service can continue to ignore me.

I placed an order in the beginning of the month but never received a confirmation of the order. I have only been receiving emails about rating my experience. Its tough to rate a good review when I have no idea if my order went through and a time line on when it will be delivered. Was hoping to get this for Christmas for a sentimental reason as the dog has recently passed. Can someone help me in confirming my order?
