Supper disappointed with this company. I Ordered 3 things from them, Had a missing items in my order. Emailed them 4 time now and Still no response. Also The mug ordered was crap this pic is tiny and not full size like the show on the website. Don't wast your time or money there is better places that do the same thing!

Placed an order on November 26 , 2021. Received an email confirmation for the order. I have requested information regarding the shipping of that order twice via email with no response. I can surely understand delayed responses and orders at the holiday season however it would be great customer service if someone would at least contact me to let me know that my order may or may not be received by Christmas. *Update* This order was placed November 26, 2021.I began inquiring 12/15/21. On 12/19/21 customer service did eventually respond by email communicating that my order was on its way. To my disappointment it looks like it will not arrive for Christmas. The cut off date for items to arrive for holiday gifting was December 10, 2021. My order was placed over 10 days prior to the cutoff. This is my first experience with this company and likely my last. I am aware that given A pandemic or unforeseen extenuating circumstances that shipping delays may occur. ( I have had this happen with two other gifts and was in contact with those businesses regularly). Better and timely communication via your customer service with updates would be thoughtful. Maybe even a phone contact number since emails may go without response for longer than the 48 -72 hours stated turnaround time.Perhaps if you see an item will ship later than anticipated an upgrade to expedited shipping so that the customer could receive the item by the appropriate time would also be great customer service. I will say that I did receive the digital download of the photo that I submitted for a personalized gift. It looks great. Unfortunately, again I have no phone case gift to give the person for Christmas , just a digital download. So disappointed…..

No communication on the order after placing it and no way to contact customer support. I suppose the Christmas gift is a waste now. Will be calling credit card company to report fraud.

I was not one but happy with my pictures

I placed an order for a phone case to give my daughter for Christmas. I placed the order on November 26 and it had been a while (I'm writing this on December 16), so I looked up the order and found out that it had been canceled by West & Willow on November 30. No reason for the cancellation was given and W&W never informed me about it.

I placed my order on Dec 2nd and i still do not have my product. Its been ten business days since my last email from you telling me it will ship. I am getting nervous.... my hubs and I only exchange one gift and this is his gift!! the last thing i want to do is give me an IOU! Please ship my product!!!! Christmas is in 9 days!!! Not happy

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Your emails go UNANSWERED and when the final product comes and it looks like a mugshot. I ordered a 2 pet portrait and it looks like a police lineup. What a waste of money. How does anything get resolved here if no one answers emails. I will cross my fingers and pray someone gets back to me. In the meantime I will make sure no one has know wastes their money with this company.

I placed my order 15 days ago and it said it would be here before Christmas and it hasn’t even been processed yet. However the website is advertising buy your Portrait today with express shipping and get it before Christmas. So now I had to pay for express shipping and we will see if it even gets here before Christmas.
