This is our second West & Willow print. They make a great way to remember a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge. The quality and accuracy is above and beyond expectation. I’d recommend West & Willow to family and friends.

From start to finish everything was great! Super easy website to upload picture! Product was amazing when I received it! THANK YOU! :)

LOVE my picture... it was exactly... and even exceeded my expectations...!!!!

I had sent my best friend a puppy portrait as a sympathy gift for her recent loss. There is no gift option available yet so she reached out to the company to ask who sent it. They so kindly reached out to me with the message for my approval to let her know the sender info. Both of us talked about how sweet and kind the employee we spoke to was. I really appreciated them reaching out and staying on top of this. Besides the wonderful customer service, the portrait was identical to the picture of the dog I sent and it cheered up my friend. 10/10 !
