West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Sent in favorite picture of my dog, which was him as a puppy laying flat on his back, head turned…. super cute picture. I was sent a picture of just the head, a head shot 🙄 If I knew it was going to be like that I would have never bothered ordering it, I was so disappointed when I open the package.

Ordered 3 items end of November with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. It is January 10th and I still haven’t received any of my items! After reaching out to them many times and then confirming my items would be delivered before the holiday. From there they said the items were lost and they would send new ones immediately. I had to ask a few times for any money back and got under 20% back and am still waiting on all of the items. Very disappointed with this company and their timeliness and consideration in replying to my concerns.

I've ordered from West & Willow a couple of times now, and my first experience with them was great. My wife loved the phone case, and it all worked out well. My most recent experience was not so great. I ordered her a new phone case as a Christmas gift and used the same image as before. Unfortunately, the image quality was poor, and it was much smaller. I also think they have changed to cheaper quality phone cases. I ordered the package on 11/29/2021 and didn't receive it until after Christmas on12/30/21. West & Willow sent out multiple marketing emails about ordering for Christmas delivery before the 14th of December. I ordered well before (11/29) and still didn't receive it in time. They never reached out to say they were behind schedule or offer an apology. It's also ridiculous that they charge $10 for shipping a tiny light phone case. I'm sure they have a ton of margin built into shipping costs. I don't plan to order from them again after this experience.

I wanted to give this a try but I was very disappointed. The portrait was very low quality and I specifically requested to leave my cats collar on in the pic and it was removed. Also the "free" mug is cheap looking as well. Pic is on one side of the mug and if you drink with your right hand (like most of the world) the pic in facing towards you? Like no, would never order from there again and I would like to have a refund for the money I wasted!!!!

I have not received any confirmation of artwork in two weeks

It has taken two weeks and countless emails to get some sort of response after my order was received with the wrong name on it. I ordered 5 different pictures and cannot believe the extent to which I have had to follow up what was an avoidable issue. Very concerned at the lack of service and urgency to correct mistake.

Super disappointed. I ordered a picture of my son’s dog on 12/05 for a Christmas gift and was reassured by the company’s shipping guidelines that it would arrive in time for Christmas. It did arrive in the afternoon of 12/22. I opened it on 12/23 to wrap it and discovered an empty frame! No picture of the dog. I searched email correspondence for a phone number thinking they could overnight it but you can’t reach this company by phone. I emailed and received an automatic response that I could expect a reply in 2-3 days. The reply came 12/26 and said a replacement would be mailed and they did send a digital copy, for free! The replacement arrived 12/29. My complaint would be awful quality control and no mention of compensation for the inconvenience of not having a gift for my son on Christmas. The “free” digital copy didn’t come until after Christmas. I will look for another company if I desire this type of gift again, sorry

No communication from this company once they have your money. I asked someone questions with my order, hoping to get some options and feedback on my submitted picture. I never heard anything. It would be great to get a preview of order, before going to print - this does not happen with this company. I will not be ordering from them again
