Online storefront is difficult, when error occurs & there’s no telephone # to call, it delays potential problems further. I did not think it was a user friendly website communicating problems after an order was processed incorrectly. However, support does get back within a few days. Had a problem gifting a photo and billing to a different address. I also was not satisfied with the color tones on the gifted portrait & West & Willow made it 100% right. They truly stand behind their product. I would order again and recommend to others.

When I received the picture at first it looked nothing like my dog. I emailed customer service and they were amazing! They sent me two different proofs and kept contact with me through the entire process. Now, I am SO happy with my picture! It looks JUST like my dog.

I am very happy with this purchase! I ordered on 8/9/24 and received it on 8/20/24. I bought this for my cat Luna, she passed early this August 2024 from a tumor in her bladder. This just brought a little joy to my life since pet grief is never easy. This picture is now hanging above my bookshelf where her ashes are. Thank you West & Willow!
