It felt as though the order process was more difficult than it needed to be. I felt like you should have an option to order as a gift, a different shipping address from the billing address seemed to confuse this process. Also it was difficult to use promo codes overall it was to difficult and took way longer than it should have

Very unhappy with the results, this could be any random lab. The position, coloring, size, shape of her head, features are ALL wrong. I actually have no idea whose portrait I have but this does not resemble my dog at all.

The painting that was done by the artist did not capture anywhere close to the picture that I sent. Also they did not send me a proof for me to approve before sending the finished product to me. I would never have approved it. I am seeking either a re-do more in the likeness of the photo I sent or I will have American Express get me a refund.

This company is a lie, two months have passed since my order and to date they do not give me information about my order, they do not answer my messages, the only thing they did was collect my money and that's it.

Terrible customer service. Tell you one thing, do another. Had a problem with coloring on a print. Explained exactly how to fix it, and they didn't even come close. Got tired of fighting, so finally just accepted third attempt. I'll have to try to fix it myself. Will never purchase again. EDIT: Responded to my review saying they should've done better and to check my email so they can make it right. They didn't email me. Typical behavior. Tell you one thing to placate you, then do something else. It's a canned response, identical to responses to other 1 star reviews. I'm starting to believe there are no humans working there, from customer service to the "artists." All computer generated.

Our order was incorrect the first time and now we have only received one pkg and it says it’s the last one of the order. We are missing another picture. I’m highly disappointed in my experience with this company

Please be careful before making a purchase from this company. I purchased a collar for my long-distance girlfriend’s dog as a gift. The first issue was that the collar arrived 3 days past the shipping times quoted on the website and missed her visit to see me. I was planning on mailing it to her when it would eventually arrive. The second issue is that when it arrived the buckle/clasp portion of the leash was extremely loose. When I showed it to my girlfriend on FaceTime she told me to go ahead and return it as she understandably didn’t feel safe using it for her dog. This company does NOT have a phone number to speak live with someone and all communication is done via email. When I reached out to inquire about returns (as the process is purposefully not revealed on their website), the representative sent me a hyperlink intake form 48 hours after my initial outreach email. The form let me know that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. I immediately sent back an email to West & Willow asking why this was the case given the product was delayed AND damaged? The company customer service page claims you will hear a response between 24-48 hours. I am going on 3 days and I still have not received a response. PLEASE be careful when buying anything from this company as it is painfully obvious they do not stand behind the quality of the items they sell.

No communication and no product. They responded to my last review to check my email but they have not reached out to contact me or make this right. Buyers beware
