Quality was not what I expected for the price. Image was poor and too small and the lettering was too small.

Frame is cheap and coming apart in one corner and the print of my dog is very dark, her fur is lighter in the pic I sent so not very happy with this and how much it cost.

I was disappointed in the use of colour in the picture (her chin is red). Also, the image is very much like a comic vs modern and clean. I had ordered the electronic file which I never received.

I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 due to the fact I did get a refund, but only really after insisting. The quality of the product was very poor. Only 1 corner of the frame was joined together, the other 3 all had a gap. But the worst thing was my cat is a long haired snub nosed grey Persian with blue eyes, and the cat drawn was brown eyed and creams and brown in color, pointed nose. Would not recommend.

2/5 because the images were very similar to the way the dogs look, however, one dog is significantly smaller than the other but appears larger in the portrait. So that’s why the low rating because it doesn’t look “realistic” and it was a gift so disappointed.

The images are super cute, but the quality is terrible. The frame is not even real wood and there is no glass on the frame. I assumed that paying over $100 for each of these the quality would be much better.
