I asked to see a proof before it was printed and instead telling me it wa San option, someone said. Not an option. And I got a print with a side view of my dog. Wanted a frontal view and wanted to discuss before they printed. I was told not an option. Big bummer and I won’t do this site again!

I purchased a gift certificate. I tried to return for refund when the planned recipient expressed no interest. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Ridiculous.

1 of the three of my portraits looked darker like a shadow was casted over one of the dogs. It stands out. I would habe thought the animator would have caught this as the other 2 dogs are casted in a bright light.

My order 689714 comprises a custom mug and an 8x10 custom portrait. I have not received any updates regarding the status of the portrait. Despite contacting customer service, I continue to receive tracking information exclusively for the mug. This indicates that there may have been an issue with the portrait not being properly centered, and a replacement has presumably been shipped. I have paid for both the portrait and the additional mug.

You are not given the chance to review the “art” before purchasing. The final result was sort of amusing, and was nicely framed, but didn’t look much like the dog in the photo we submitted. Would not purchase again without being able to see the image in advance.

I feel like for the price, there should be better quality checks. I spent $100 on two 8x10 prints and one came damaged. I was offered a replacement quickly which was nice. The order came with a free mug with printed photo and the mug came with the logo not even centered. Just disappointed in the amount I paid and no quality checks on what is being shipped.
