West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

If I had known that a computer was going to do this and it would come out looking animated I never would have chosen for this company to do a painting of my dog. Am very disappointed in the outcome.

This is a 1 star based on service, not product. I cant rate the product yet because it still has not shipped. I ordered for a Valentines day gift, and I ordered in time to have it delivered according to the marketing emails i got. Plus i paid for the expedited front of the line service just to be safe. But today is 2/21/22 and it still has not shipped, not have i gotten the digital print i also paid for. I have reached out to customer service and 10 days ago was told it would ship in 2-3 days. Then 4 days after that, I reached out again and they again said 2-3 more days and it will be shipped. I have reached out again today and am waiting to hear back but as of right now this company is doing a poor job of communicating and being honest. All i want is my painting but i fear that they will never get it done and they dont seem to care

My first experience ever ordering from West & Willow and they sent the wrong custom artwork.Very disappointing and I have sent a message and have received no response! I ordered a two dog custom piece and was sent a one dog random piece that was not even one of my dogs. This was supposed to be a special gift for my parens but it has been the opposite.

There was no where to put in my discount code on the mug! I literally signed up for text and email to get it. you can check my phone number. the code was "FREEMUG" I'd really like a refund on that $32. I feel extremely cheated. please call me.

I bought this as a gift but forgot to put my sisters shipping address in so I emailed their support team a couple days after before anything had shipped. They refused to change the shipping address and were very condescending about my request.

Purchased digital copy was never received. Emailed inquiry to follow up on order and never received response.

I’ve bought from you before so I thought I would have another great experience the second time around as I did my first. But I didn’t. You emailed me a copy of my digital image & in your email you say “ Do not hesitate to reply to this email if we can help with anything. Have a wonderful rest of your day 😁” so I did because I wanted to see if you can fix something with the picture I ordered and have not gotten any response. Instead I get an email saying you’re shipping me my order that I don’t want. Very disappointed 😔

I have tried to contact three times now and still have not received any response. The portrait that I received from my order is completely wrong. The background of the portrait is supposed to be white, yet it looks grey. The cat in the portrait looks yellow when the cat is white and grey. Overall the cat is way too dark which doesn’t make any sense because the photo I uploaded was bright and clear
