If I could give -5 stars I would. This company is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. First I received a damaged picture, then they sent a replacement which is now lost and hasn’t been delivered and they have been ignoring me for over a week and won’t send a refund or replacement. Absolutely disgusted by their customer service. If you want an ongoing headache then definitely order from them. But I HIGHLY suggest staying FAR FAR away and just order from Etsy.

I ordered 2 pictures and had a discount code in both orders. In neither of the 2 orders my discount was applied. Not very good service!!!!

The frame of the picture was no my stapled correctly so the frame is off. Disappointing because the picture itself is so beautiful.

Offered a discount code if you signed up for email and text. Code didn’t work.

I paid for fast shipping, my friend ordered from here the same night and did not pay for fast shipping. Their picture came and mine has not. I haven’t received an email with a tracking number either.

Not anything I expected Picture was to small on cup And the dog's name is so so small it looks bad especially the price I paid embarrassed to give as gift for mother's day

This was my fourth order with West and Willow - the first three were great. This order never arrived and I can not get resolution, so I just had to order it again as it was a gift for a friend who's dog passed. I am frustrated hence - one star.

The process of ordering is fast and easy. I thought the price was really affordable, and I understand why. They do not email you how your picture will look before they mail it, their contacting information is no where to be found, so let’s hope my order turns out well when it comes in…
