You sent me a painting with a name that isnt my cats. This was a gift for family, our cat died last week and now I can give it to them when I see it. For 100+ dollars you would think you could get the name right

It’s been over a month and you still have not shipped my portrait?! No communication, no shipping notification, no nothing, just an email asking “how’d we do??”. Really ticked off, no response to my emails asking for updates. Just want a refund at this point (but hey, no one responds to help, so how would that even happen…)
