The portrait does not accurately reflect the photo/dog. The only thing accurate is the smile and the ears.

Took 18 days for me to receive the wrong print in the mail. Requesting refund for purchase with shipping costs and refund for the digital print I just had to pay for so I can get it printed myself. Very disappointed and last thing I need while trying to grieve the loss of my dog.

I keep getting emails to review my products (purchased 3) but I have gotten no communication regarding my actual order. I am on Day 16 with no tracking or shipment info, so I am getting ready to file a claim with my credit card company. Buyer beware!!! If it’s taking you many many weeks to ship out orders you should at least communicate that with your customers. I won’t shop here again and I certainly won’t send you any referrals despite all your emails asking me to.
