The finished product exceeded my expectations! The illustration looks just like my pet. The frame is high quality and looks fantastic! This will be gifted and I cannot wait! This was a gift for a family member who lost her dog (bestfriend) to a car accident. It was a surprise and she absolutely loved it! It was a perfect painting of her dog and while so simple, the elegant design of the frame and painting, it fits right on the wall as a true work of art! Great job West & Willow team!

We weren’t happy with the original portrait. I contacted customer service and received a reply within minutes. After some discussion on how to improve the portrait it was done again and sent to us without charge. Excellent customer service!
