West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Art turned out great but forgot a minor request I made about omitting names from the portrait. Thanks though, it turned out great and the person loved the gift!

The finished product was very good. I only had a few pics of him from 30 years ago. I would have liked to have his whole body in the art work.

I have ordered 3 portraits from West & Willow. The first was amazing! The second order of two were not as I expected. However, after contacting them about my dissatisfaction, they worked with me and let me review the reproduction before resending the order. I was very pleased with the portraits the second time around. It was great experience! No Hassle! Great service! Thank you.

My 14 year old Morkie had died and we were devastated. I ordered some pics (1big for us and 2 8x10 for family members) from W&W and when they arrived I was blown away. He looked like he was going to jump out of the frame. They were perfect. I was actually carrying the big one from room to room because I wanted to look at it all the time. I decided to order a couple more to hang in different rooms so I didn’t have to do that anymore. I used the same photo and made a new order. I didn’t realize how they actually customized everything (my bad) and when the 2nd set of photos and mug came they were nothing like the first. They looked nowhere near what my boy looked like. I wrote to west and willow and they got back to me almost immediately. They sent me a replacement order with the photo from the original order. When I got the mug from the original order, the photo wasn’t on the side it was on the opposite end of the handle and my boy’s name wasn’t on it. I wrote again and they immediately sent another. Great company and amazing customer service. However something is definitely up with quality control. How that second mug was even packaged and sent looking like it did is beyond me. It was just kinda thrown loosely in a box with nothing to protect it too. I’m amazed it wasn’t broken. The artwork with the second order I had placed was kind of scary is the only way I can describe it. No comparison to the first. After everything though… probably one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. Thank God for the great customer service.

Looks just like my pup

I still love them. This is second time I used them. The only thing that disappoints me is that you no longer add the collars, bandannas etc. My pups are gray and black. They are also a boy and a girl so their collars are very distinguishable factors. I also felt my PitBull (who is the one in the picture) should’ve been a bit lighter gray with his white diamond. The babies are way too close in color now. My babygirl has visible yellow as a shepherd mix and it’s not on her face at all.

The end result is very good. The portrait looks great, the print of the image on the mug, and overall quality of the mug doesn't really match the rest of the package. For those who pay extra for the digital download, you should consider giving customers the ability to preview what the final image will look like and approve it before it goes to print.

I was a little disappointed that the markings on my dog’s picture were on the opposite side of where they actually are in the pictures I sent you. Otherwise I was pleased.
