They never sent me a proof of the picture before printing it and never made my digital download available. A package just arrived one day with the print. It came out looking okay but the communication was lacking.

I think the product is cute, however I do feel strongly that the price is not justified. Very high price for a product that is not costly to make.

Face of my dog came out perfect! Only problem was the body shape. From the picture I sent, it shows clearly a slim shaped body. On the portrait, they made his body look big and wide

The left side of my dog is waaay out of proportion!! I’m not sure why the “artist” thought a dog would be heavy on one side. The dog is very fit and the portrait makes her look fat. The right side snd face are good.

The artist did a great job however the edges of the paper were bent and the damage was evident. Also a smudge mark due to I don't know what possibly the ink not being completely dry? I expected a nice peice of art due to the price of purchase. Hoping this issue can get resolved.
