I requested a dog picture with halo, a dog name and dates. They never sent me a proof which I thought was odd because they did the last time I ordered. I received the picture 2 weeks later and it came without a halo and without the dates. This was for our friends whose dog had just passed away. It’s very upsetting because now we have to wait another 2 weeks. We’re seeing our friends this week and are empty handed.

They didn’t provide proactive updates with the order and kept sending upsale emails and SMS even though I hadn’t received my order. When I finally received it, I didn’t like how they illustrated one of the dogs (they put way too much shadow under the dog’s eyes). They don’t provide proofs, so now I can’t do anything about it.

It was ok…but could have been any poodle…didn’t look especially like mine… oh well…

I ordered a custom 3 dog portrait of my puppy Josie, my family dog Karma, and my now passed on family dog Krash. Karma and Krash look amazing! Josie however left me a little sad and confused. The digital artist did not translate my puppy Josie appropriately. The portrait I received has Josie with two blue eyes. She has heterochromia (her left eye is green and her right eye is blue). The heterochromia is visible in the photo submitted of her.

I purchased a 2 dog print. The heads were obviously sized incorrectly and out of proportion. Seemed like they were just copied and pasted. I expected a higher quality and more of an eye for detail.

The print was pixelated and I never received my digital copy.

I have not received my instant download of my product. The physical frame is great but I’m disappointed in paying for a download that I wasn’t provided any further instructions for. It was not in the packaging with the physical frame.
