The order took a long time to receive, I never received the correct tracking number so I wasn't sure when to expect the item and lastly when I did receive the item purchased it was incorrect.

I ordered something on the 25/08 with two follow up emails and still no email to let me know where my order is

It’s been weeks and I have no order update and no one has responded to my emails

I placed an order but it never arrived. The tracking number showed that it was being returned to sender due to an issue with the address but I have double checked everything and the shipping address is correct. There is no physical number to talk to an agent, just an email. I have emailed 3 times over the last week and a half with no response despite it saying somebody will reply in 24-48 hours. I should have read reviews on here ahead of time because it sounds like a lot of people are having similar issues with not receiving their order. What an awful, unreliable company.

I wasted over $100 dollars on this site & NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE. I ordered a canvas a month ago and received little to no tracking info. I finally got an email saying the package was delivered but I NEVER received my package. I emailed west & willow customer service to see what happened and got an auto response saying they will contact me within 72 hours. Well it’s been over a week and still haven’t heard anything. Im not sure if this site is a scam but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM LIKE I DID!

Never received order. The phone number listed on their website to track orders isn’t real 123-4567. Sent an email- will dispute the charges if I don’t hear back.

I received the cup with my dog and the wrong name. I pulled up my order and sent the info to west & willow customer email explaining I had input Penny (provided screen shot and pictures) but the cup says Bodie? Emailed three times with no response. Now I have to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

This painting was suppose to be a suprise for someone who’s dog died and I wanted to suprise them. Well the painting looks good that I can say they did well. Here is the issue. On the form you fill out about where to ship too and address. The whole fing thing was jacked up and not even remotely close. Yall had the wrong name on the package for one. Instead of what I had in the form. 2 the address was not even close to what I sent it too. Thankfully the ups there know who this was suppose to with the correct address at the very bottom but with the wrong name. How was this whole thing messed up. Her family opened it not her and told her about the suprise keep in mind her dog died almost 2 weeks ago. I paid $70 fing dollars for a painting just to have the name wrong address and other things messed up. She likes the painting a lot which I do have to give credit it looks good. But thank you for ruining a special moment.
