Horrible. Paid for expedited work and shipping, came two weeks later and the names were spelled incorrectly. Tried to reach out but there was no phone number so emailed customer service. Responded a week later stating that they would get on this right away and send me a photo of the corrected one to approved, which was done. They then had the audacity to say that as a courtesy they wouldn’t charge me for additional shipping fees as if I would pay more money for their mess up. The item arrived today, bent and wrinkled, I might add but I informed them that I would need if shipping else where if it wasn’t shipped to me by last week which did not happen. Thanks for nothing. Will never use again.

My picture is getting delivered to the same wrong address AGAIN. This is ridiculous!!!! I can’t get ahold of a real person to help me!!! Why they can’t just type the address in that’s on my confirmation email I’m not sure but nobody can talk to me. I want a number to call and talk to a real person! This is dumb.

I asked for a viewing of the portrait and they wouldn’t send that. I needed to change the shipping address and wouldn’t help with that. I never received a tracing number to change it myself …they wouldn’t send that either. I would never recommend this company
