West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Nothing about it was what I wanted. The “portrait” was just my picture with a filter. The picture on the mug was way too small. So disappointing.

West and willow says they will provide tracking info in about 7 days after purchasing. I’ve waited almost double that and continue to get marketing messages from west and willow but nobody will answer my messages asking about a status update. I ordered this for a gift allowing 4 weeks from purchase date to receive it. I fear it will either come late and possibly not at all based on their lack of reply/communication. I am leaving this review in hopes that someone will please get in touch with me from west and willow

My package never arrived.

Still sending me the wrong invoice amount. Picture frame came broken and bent. Picture itself just looks like a digital copy. Never confirmed a potential shipping date but was willing to invoice me for the additional skip the line feature when it shipped the next day—thankfully I didn’t pay for it. Still waiting on a refund for the discount they didn’t apply. You will not find worse customer service. I genuinely regret spending a Penny on this joke

I ordered 1 item and I immediately get 3-5 spam emails from you. I need ONE confirmation/receipt. Your items are great, but your marketing team is hurting your brand.

The gift is poor for the high price Not what I expected based on the website. It is a poor quality image of the high quality photo that I submitted and very small image in a large bavkground

Tried to receive it in time for my wife’s birthday. Not only did I receive it late, it was incomplete and didn’t come with the frame. I contacted customer service and it’s been over 48 hours with no reply or resolution. I can’t recommend this company, especially with so many other competitors. Which is too bad because we are big time dog people and are friends with so many who have dogs!

It’s been 8 weeks and I still have not received my portrait. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have not given me an answer as to when I will get it. They still charged my card
