Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my picture and I wanted a redo. I had to email multiple times to find out I could only get 30 percent off and to reorder at full price which was over $100. They do not stand behind 100 percent satisfied. Customer gets what they get. Very disappointed!

I couldn’t get my digital download to do anything

I'm really looking forward to seeing the prints! Rating reflects the fact that the price of an item changed each time I revisited the website, like airline flights do, and it offered 10% off as well as free shipping but wouldn't let me use both codes on a second visit to the site.

So many marketing emails paid for a digital download and I still don’t have it.

You keep asking me for a review and I haven’t even received my shipping notification… what am I suppose to give a review of??

Still waiting for my product to ship….it’s been a week since ordering. I think there needs to be a disclaimer or expedited option

I feel so scammed. I placed an order in September and waited a month for it to come. The digital art was perfect and came out beautiful. However, I paid $50 for a frame that I NEVER RECEIVED! I even paid extra for the color 'soft birch'. After reading other reviews, apparently this is a recurrent issue for this company. The first time I reached out to their team, I received a quick response and was promised that the "replacement team" would get back to me "within 24 hours." I never received a follow-up response and so I reached out again. Each time, I was respectful and understanding because mistakes happen. I understand if they're short-staffed due to the pandemic. I was told that I would receive the replacement frame and waited another month for it to come. Well, the order was delivered yesterday and I did NOT receive the replacement frame as promised by Edward. Instead, I receive another copy of the digital art. I hate to leave bad reviews, and I'm usually understanding about mistakes. BUT I feel absolutely scammed because they still haven't corrected the mistake on their part. How many empty promises will I be given? How can you charge people this price and not deliver what customers paid for? At this point, I just want a refund for the frame I paid for. I really had high hopes for West and Willow, but this company is extremely disappointing. If this is how they run their company, West and Willow is dishonest and lacks integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This company is the closest thing to a scam without being an official scam, as I did eventually receive my order. I placed my order on August 19th and did not receive my order until October 27th. The website claims receipt of the product within 7-10 days. It was definitely more like 7-10 weeks. The actual picture itself turned out nice, but it was definitely NOT worth the hassle. I sent the company multiple emails over those almost 2.5 months to check on the status of my order. They did eventually answer my emails, but there was always an excuse. First, "the demand for our products has exceeded our expectations and our entire team is doing the best we can do accomplish everything as soon as possible without compromising the quality." Second, "Our system encountered an unforeseen glitch that affected several orders including yours." If there was truly a "glitch" as they had claimed, why did I have to reach out to them to find out about it?? They should have immediately emailed me to let me know what had happened and to expect a delay in receiving my order. According to the Better Business Bureau, West & Willow has 1.4/5 star and an "F" rating. There are many more companies out there that do pet portraits, don't waste your time and money with West & Willow.
