After numerous attempts to reach out to West&Willow they have yet to get back to me regarding the new image they stated they would send sue to the original $150 image not looking anything like my brothers deceased dog. However they did want me to update my review prior to meeting their end of the deal which was another free digital image and 30% for another framed piece of art. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company what so ever. Look else where, as there are companies that create similar art for our furry friends that actually stand behind the customer service commitment.

I requested help before my order shipped to verify the frame color. Your customer service was extremely confused and seemed to send a standard template asking me if I wanted to return my damaged order. If they had taken a moment to look up my order they would have known it hadn't shipped. Terrible customer service as they never resolved this and now it shipped. It doesn't make for repeat customers.

Three attempts to get customer service to fulfill my order correctly. Did not work! I ordered a print with a birch frame, instead received 3 separate deliveries of just a print. I paid 119dollars for the print and frame, NOT what I received. Sadly, I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. I have come across similar sites offering the same product and will be trying my luck with one of them.

I've ordered from West and Willow twice before and had a great experience but this time it's been terrible. The pictures did not look like the dogs. White/gray when the dog was black. Purple face on a brown dog. I contacted customer service and takes several days to get a response. They were finally able to get the picture corrected but I still have not received them. I ordered them with plenty of time to bring on a trip with me for a gift and now i'm going to have to ship it to my friend at an extra cost to me. I let them know the date I needed them several time but they did not address this issue. Customer service seems to be more of automated responses and it's very frustrating. I think I'll go with another company that lets you proof before shipping next time. This was way too much of a hassel.
