Such a Disappointment. I place my order well before the holidays so I could get a memorial portrait of my dad's dogs. I reached out a couple of times to get an update because it was past the expected window for fulfillment, and the second to last email interaction they made it seem as if it was pretty much heading out the door...two weeks later still nothing so I reach out again to get an update and the next day? 'Order has been canceled' I am absolutely devastated.

Made a mistake on spelling in pets name. Within 5 minutes of placing order I sent email advising this to company . Company stated any changes or cancelations need to be made within 30 minutes of order. Never received acknowledgment of mistake . I sent several emails with no response . Tried to find phone number with no luck .. I have since attempted to cancel with no replay or acknowledgment.

This was going to be a gift for my parents as their dog passed away recently. In the photo I submitted you can very clearly see a bit of hair that sticks out from his right ear- it’s what made him unique and was one of my parents’ favourite features about him. The only thing I asked for was for that to be included and it was not. I was very excited to gift this to my parents but now I am disappointed and doubtful of gifting it to them at all

I ordered something in September. I still haven’t received and everytime I’ve contacted the company I am refused a tracking number. Absolutely disgusting.

It is now week four and I haven’t received an email from the company. I have reached out multiple times. Today was the first time I heard back from them and they said there was an error on their side and they’ll try to hurry to get it through production. I am questioning whether this is even a real website at this point because I found it on Instagram. Email response time is horrible and their customer service. I still don’t have a shipping number or any updated information except for there was a malfunction on their end.

I would have liked to receive some sort of image of what I was ordering. Watermarked would have been okay.

Box arrived damaged frame was broken I have sent them pictures twice now and all I get is an email telling me someone will get back to me. Had to get another gift and still no picture or refund.

I have not received my complete order yet
