I love my art it’s so cute accurate and well done. I paid extra to have it framed, the frame appears good quality however it came broken so that’s disappointing but probably more of a delivery accident.

The picture came out really good however on one of our dogs (lab) a tooth (right front) was black vs. white and dramatically shortened so her mouth looks awkward. Also, the snout area is quite a bit darker than the picture. This little difference does change the look of our dog, and it looks mismatched.

Initially I was disappointed with the first product I had received as I hadn’t seen a proof to approve and felt that the final product didn’t look like my pup. I reached out to the company with my concerns and they have since worked diligently to make sure they got me a product I was happy with and the new one is on the way. They are clearly committed to customer service and developing a high quality product that pleases their customers.

I love my custom portrait. It looks great. I gave 4 stars because I also ordered a digital copy but never received it. Customer service did refund my money but I'm disappointed because it was a portrait of my recently passed dog and I was planning to make a couple of copies for my kids. This is my second time ordering from West & Willow and I would definitely order a custom portrait but wouldn't order the digital copy again

I loved how much the picture represents my dogs so well! I would have loved it a tiny bit more it the picture was a bit more centered in the frame. I would purchase again! I think this would be a great gift idea!
