I purchased this item as a gift and the image of my friends dog came out awkward. It would’ve been helpful to see what the image looked like before it was delivered.

We had just lost our German Shepard Nala, and I ordered a mug and photo of her to remember her by. The mug came back and looked like it was a done in 5 minutes. There was no dimension to the photo. She was all black so I thought maybe it was hard to give her some definition- but when I looked back at other portraits they had done, they added lots of details to the other dogs. It’s very unfortunate. The picture came back and is the same as the mug. It’s a little better but really not worth the price.

Picture provided and the end result didn’t look much alike :( I provided a full body, frontal shot and got a portrait of face only. No communication from seller that this was going to happen. Overall quality of frame and print looks rather cheap too, which is such a disappointment as this was a present for someone. Overall, nice idea but end result unfortunately very underwhelming.

I was quite disappointed in the quality of this item. The picture of the pet did not look natural, was not placed properly in the frame and the frame was flimsy. I ended up purchasing my own frame to salvage what I was given.

I love the artwork but the checkout process said it was a walnut frame. I even paid more for the “walnut” over a standard frame. It is very clearly a veneer that looks like a sticker over fake wood and the edges are not put together all that well. Kind of disappointed.
