Hello Nicole, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

The framed picture we received looks like a stock picture of a yellow lab, not our yellow lab. We are so disappointed. The coloring, the shape of her face, the ears are all wrong. I’m so sorry we ordered this.

Hello Kris, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. That being said, we will be happy to work with you on a revision. Please look for an email from us about the next steps.

Not happy with end result at all. The picture is too small for the frame size and is distorted. Does not look like our beloved lab at all. This will probably go in the garbage . I would like my money refunded.

For as much as these images cost, my picture arrived damaged. The packaging was incredibly subpar and cheap. After contacting customer service, they are sending a new picture which I am hoping arrives in better condition. These images are alright, but can be found at a way cheaper cost elsewhere, which I wish I would’ve known before purchasing.

Hi Beck, We’re sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. We are committed to providing great customer service, and we would like to make things right.

I received the ordered item but the frame was broken. Since it was a gift to my friend, I contacted their customer service for replacement ASAP. However they only sent me an email saying that they will contact me within 48-72hrs. I haven’t heard anything from them yet even though it’s past 72hrs already.

Hi Naoko, We hate to hear that your order's quality was not perfect! We are more than happy to get this replaced for you. Please check your email inbox for more details.
Pam
How can I review a product that hasn’t even been shown to me for an approval??!!
Response from West & WillowNov 22, 2022
Hi Pam, We are very sorry for the confusion. The first review email was for the shopping experience. You will get another review email when your product arrives.
Stephanie
The picture that I submitted and what I got misses a lot of the candidness in the original photo. The angles were changed and he was made significantly thinner in the body. I haven’t given the gift yet because I’m not happy with it.
