No communication. Disappointed beyond measure
There is no way to immediately contact this company. I expressly wrote in the notes that I need to send in 2 photos. One of the lei on the pups head and one of the actual pup photo I wanted created into a portrait by your company. No one every replied to me so I emailed in with my order number to check on my request. Again the original request was sent in at the time I placed the order. I would not recommend this company due to their inability to communicate. This portrait was for my friends who recently had their pup cross the rainbow bridge and now I don’t even want to give them this portrait. I’m so embarrassed that I fell for a social media scam of a company.
