Customer service was great-fast responses and helped me get my issues resolved efficiently. Fast shipping and the portrait turned out great.

I was nervous opening the package but when I did, I burst into tears. This is the most perfect, most precious, most incredible gift. Both dogs look EXACTLY as they appear in real life. I cannot say enough positive things about our dog pic. It was super easy to order and came in very quickly! Thank you for a unique and beautiful keepsake.

Our framed photo arrived and it is perfect! Our beloved dog passed away and this is such a great way to capture her memory. The process was easy and quick. I highly recommend West and Willow!
