Never got my order. When I email, I either get no response or I’m told they’re checking on it. Teported to the BBB. Worst service ever. Will never order again from them.

Hi Debbie, I have found a number of email threads with yourself, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying, and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion. Upon checking, your order is on its way! Please check your email inbox for more details.

My photo I have received of my dog is dreadful. The face is completely lopsided and looks like the artist from the left side to the right side was different. Very unpleased with the quality of the portrait

Pricing was not advertised correctly. Shipping was free over $100, then found out that US dollars but $10 flat rate anywhere. Was charged $21 and the company refused to do anything about it.

The app kept freezing and kicking me out, so I had to restart my order about seven or eight times. Also, I tried to purchase the add-on of the digital image for the discounted amount of $8and but it got stuck and didn’t go through on the order. Is there any way I can still get the digital image with my order? Thank you
