I made an error when ordering and reached out to change the size. This was late and within a short time. I was told I was over the 30 minute time frame and could not be helped.

Update: I immediately responded to their email request mentioned below. They are fixing it at no cost to me, but I’m still waiting on shipping confirmation due to the holiday rush and will likely not get it in time for Christmas as wanted. I intentionally ordered before Black Friday deals, paying full price, to ensure on time delivery. I will follow up again once received. *** If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I received my blanket today. Wrong color ordered. Picture of dog is cropped, but has digitally blocked off edges that make it not dog shaped at the ears. Looks like something you would get from Wish.com I will be contacting them for full refund and comments sent direct.

My order was delivered and it was completely the wrong colour. They didn’t send me the digital copies until weeks after I hounded them for them. They did end up fixing the colour mistake but again, only after hounding them to do so. I still haven’t seen the fixed final printed product but based on my experience, not worth the money or time.
