I was looking for a way to honor my pet's memory as her one-year anniversary was coming up & came across West & Willow's IG page. I must admit I was a bit worried about the outcome and whether or not they'd get the image right, but man did they deliver. I was in tears as I opened the package and unfolded such a beautiful work of art that captured my baby's spirit. Thank you so much for helping us keep our fur babies close. P.S. I definitely recommend getting the digital version too so you can save it and make it your phone's background picture :)

We received the portrait quickly and it was beautiful! When our digital print was not received, I reached out to Customer Service and it was emailed to me within a couple of hours. Overall, a great experience which is why we are returning customers.
