You charge a lot of money for something that could have been emailed and I could have printed at my local CVS. And it’s bent to hell from the packaging you all put it in. Not worth the money at all

I attempted to cancel an order through them (allowed per their website) and wasnt contacted back for several days, and was then told it was too late. Additionally I ordered a digital copy of the art, which was never sent even though that was extra. Way to go if they want to shaft their customers. $90 later and all I have is a tiny portrait that was probably done completely via filter.

After I ordered a digital download of my two cats, they sent me a file with THE WRONG PETS — 2 dogs. Then they sent me the file with my cats, but they used the wrong photo for one of them. It is not the photo I uploaded for ‘Upload Pet Photo 2’. I am currently waiting to hear back from customer service about this incorrect photo, but so far they have not responded at all. I have issued a dispute with my credit card. I’m very unhappy with having paid over $150 for a portrait that is not what I ordered.

Was this a joke? This was the worst item I have ever received from a company. Nothing like described. Complete waste of money when this was supposed to be my daughters favorite Christmas present Please allow me to send a picture.

I submitted my pictures and just received them in the mail. I am very disappointed because I didn’t get a proof before printing and they made the dogs dark so against the dark background you can’t really see them. I would’ve assumed that the production team would’ve contacted me to recommend a lighter background color. I will contact West & Willow to see what they do.

Shipping address was wrong. Contacted support to get corrected and never received a reply back. UPS needed the company to contact them to correct the issues. They just disregarded it. Been over 3 days and just got delivery confirmation to the other address ridiculous
