Personally the poster should have been flattened in hard cardboard, not rolled. It has creases that dont come out and the picture showed up with a smudge on the white background.

Caveat emptor. I'm changing my original rating of 2 stars down to 1 star. W&W is all smoke and mirrors. They have a snazzy website but the final product quality is poor - even though they 'strive for 100% satisfaction.' My Customer Support from "M" was useless.

Received my order after a few weeks of waiting and the quality of the product is very poor. The paper inside the frame is all wrinkly and not even and the frame itself is very frimsy. Order 318413.

I’m very surprised at the lack of communication. Our pictures showed up broken. The hanging hardware was not functional. It’s been two weeks since the pictures have arrived and still no digital copy that was paid for. In some cases I would say you get what you pay for but the artist work was amazing the rest of it not so much. There is no way to call or talk something through with this company. That I can find anyway. Unfortunately not a great experience

Hi John, I have found a number of email threads with yourself, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion.

Buggy
There is just no communication between the company and customer regarding whether the picture was acceptable, etc. I ordered and haven't received updates.

Ordered a phone case put down wrong model tried to change it. No one answers couldn’t change it online. They give you 30 minutes to change after order is completed but they don’t answer.
