I recently saw several ads for West & Willow, and I thought it was a cool concept. After placing my order, I only received a confirmation email. It would have been nice to receive a rough draft of the portrait before getting the final product. Despite that, we were happy with the final result, but I can see how some customers might not be pleased.

Update: After sending email to customer service about my experience with West & Willow they responded quickly and rushed my order so that my son would have it on time for his birthday. I am very pleased with the order and overall would order again from West & Willow. My only concern is not knowing if I've uploaded picture correctly because if I hadn't reached out to them after 4 weeks when would I have been notified. I placed an order as a gift 4 weeks ago and when I reached out to determine delivery I was informed that my order was never started due to something with my photo??!!! I was never contacted and now will not have in time for birthday. Very bad customer service.

The picture turned out great! Would recommend better packaging, the frame was damaged from shipping otherwise I love it!

I think the image is nice on the cup. You started adding your logo to the backside of the cup which I am not a fan. It should be on the bottom as the mug looks much better plain.

Looks incredible it’s an Christmas present for my parents as the long haired dog passed away 11 years ago and the other one we have and they are so similar in markings so both side by side is incredible. The only down side is I thought it can in a frame but aprt form that I made me cry so it will definitely make my parents cry thank you again xx
