The color is wrong. The photo is clearly a bay horse, with black points. And the embroidery is using more chestnut/orange yarn, and the eyes look weird. Also, I thought that they would remove the bridle/bit and instead it was embroidered on. A little disappointed, I wish there was a way to confirm that you liked the image before the embroidery is done.

I didnt receive the digital download

Seeing the pictures of what was advertised for the pillow I expected more from what I received. Little disappointed in the image on the pillow from what I sent in.

It has been over a month since I placed my order. I emailed them and they didn’t even have my photo. It let me place a $90 order for a pet portrait and you didn’t receive my order. Mind you I know I uploaded my photo when placing my order so I’m not sure if that was an excuse. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update on when it will be shipped out and I’m not getting an answer. Customer service is definitely not great. This is frustrating because it was intended to be a gift for someone else and most likely won’t arrive in time. I would not recommend.

It's been 10 days since my order. I haven't received my digital download or any info as to when I can expect it. My poster & frame hasn't shipped yet. I did a similar pet poster order with posingpig.com. I received my digital download within 2 days & my poster & frame in less than 5. I've already ordered 3 more posters with them. As for West & Willow, I have no idea if and when I will ever see my items.

I have ordered through this company before and the products have always been good however, I recently ordered something but I did not like the way the cartoonish photo looked. It looks different than the ones I have ordered in the past.
