I never received my picture. I have been going back and forth - another has been sent but it hasn’t arrived either.

Don’t order or waste your money. Would give 0 stars if I could. This product was delivered and front and back is is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. It looks incomplete and is incomplete and NOTHING LIKE ANY PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. It literally looks like someone printed this out on a printer that was running out of ink and sent it anyways. The font has a large black bar across behind the animal name, and on the other side it has gaps in the black bar so it’s not even what it’s supposed to be. The example has no giant black highlight across the text. The animal itself has giant lines everywhere outside of what is supposed to be the cutout and giant uneven bars below it and isn’t even a cutout of the animal head. Lines jet out across past the face. Was not even even REMOTELY close to what the example pictures of this product. was extremely excited about these items for my sister for Christmas and now just extremely frustrated and quite frankly upset.

My frame is made of poor quality. The corners aren’t even flush.

Crappy responses with no real updates. You people are clearly a scam. I’m disputing charges as of today. Keep the product I ordered. You almost ruined Christmas for my sister in law.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size print. I contacted customer service immediately. Despite their website saying you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of ordering, they refuse to provide me with a refund. Note that the response below is bull — the company did not follow up with me and still refuse to send me a discount.
