I ordered 3 portraits . They arrived quickly and we packaged perfectly to avoid damage. 2/3 were perfect. I reached out about the one that the coloring was a bit off on. The customer service was exceptional. I filled out the online form about what I thought needed to be corrected and they promptly replied and sent a proof of the new corrected portrait. The new one was in the mail within a week of my receiving the original. The whole experience was pleasant and the portraits captured the personalities of my boys. Highly recommend

I ordered the keychain for my granddaughters 16 th birthday. It just arrived yesterday which was early than what was predicted. It is beautiful my granddaughter will have her driver’s license and vehicle I think it is the perfect gift. Of course the picture is her most favorite dog. Thank you I’m really pleased with your service and products.

Not only was the artwork absolutely amazing, but the speed and helpfulness of the support staff were fantastic. Absolutely recommend for the price, especially when they have their sales going on!

Amazing portraits of my boys!

Honestly, I was skeptical at first after seeing a Facebook ad but once I received my order, my mind was immediately changed. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this absolutely perfect work of art. Our puppies are family and this is going to make the most wonderful gift! 💙🩵🤍

Beautiful pic

This was a gift for our daughter who was missing her dog while away at college. She loved it! They did a great job using the photo I supplied- only wish they could show a proof to reduce my anxiety of not seeing it before it shipped. Would definitely order again. Wanted the mug but $40 for a mug seemed silly.

There were several edits done to the original pet portrait that was sent my way, which could likely have been avoided if there was an option to include more than one photo. Having said that, the customer service experience was wonderful; they were friendly, helpful, and committed to creating a portrait that was in true likeness of my beloved dog.
