The pet portrait without a frame came rolled up with multiple creases throughout the item and damage to the sides of the portrait. It appears the creasing came from rolling the product. Additionally, the image sent to me did not include a very large marking the dog has which was clearly pictured in the photo submitted.

I would not recommend west and willow! I ordered one blanket and it showed up wrong and then they sent me replacement and it was still not correct!
